Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, investment, strategic partnerships, commercial development, or related fields
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in managing teams or departments
- Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing high value opportunities
- Strong ability to build and manage strategic relationships with government entities, investors, developers, and consultants
- Advanced skills in business planning, market analysis, opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, and strategic planning
- Experience in negotiation, structuring partnerships, and closing complex agreements
- Preference for experience in urban development, real estate development, infrastructure, investment, PPP, or major projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Urban Development, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Jeddah and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Role Description

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
- At least 10 years of practical experience in business development, investment, strategic partnerships, commercial development, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in managing teams, departments, or overseeing strategic initiatives and business development portfolios.
- Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing high value opportunities.
- High ability to build and manage strategic relationships with government entities, investors, developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in business planning, market analysis, opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, and strategic planning for growth.
- Practical experience in negotiation, structuring partnerships, and closing complex agreements with diverse partners.
- Preference for experience in urban development, real estate development, infrastructure, investment, PPPs, or major projects.
- High analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision makers and senior officials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Urban Development, or related field. Master's or MBA preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Jeddah and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of integrity, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and commitment to contributing to long term urban development in Jeddah.
