Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing strategic and operational plans for government services and service delivery channels within the ministry, in line with the UAE Government Services Strategy and federal policies supporting digital transformation, and implementing them after approval.
  • Managing the department's organizational units, monitoring their performance, and preparing reports to prevent duplication of objectives and tasks.
  • Preparing a proposed strategic and operational plan for the department, developing performance indicators, and working to achieve them.
  • Developing and improving services provided through various service channels to ensure a superior customer experience and enhance the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of government services in general, and digital services in particular, in cooperation with the relevant organizational units.
  • Strengthening relationships with external partners to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Developing and motivating internal partners, and managing change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implementing the design, development, and re engineering of digital and non digital services, as well as services that cannot be digitized, in line with future trends and global best practices.
  • Leading, directing, reviewing, and approving work procedures, methods, performance indicators, and quality standards for management processes, and developing proposals to improve operations.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and improving administrative processes such as planning, budgeting, reporting, and service delivery.
  • Developing policies, standards, regulations, manuals, and procedures related to customer experience within the Ministry, in coordination with the Emirates Government Excellence Program and various organizational units, and monitoring and supervising their implementation.
  • Developing internal plans to foster a culture of team building and continuous learning to ensure the highest quality of work delivery.
