- Manage inventory, departmental budgeting, and cost controls without compromising quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive guest experience
- Champion team training, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven senior Housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and high end service expectations
- Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of developing high performing teams
- A meticulous eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality
