The Opportunity
Vagaro is seeking a Director of DevOps to shape the future of its Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.
The role combines leadership of engineering teams with complex infrastructure architecture and hands-on Azure work.
Hands-on Azure experience is essential.
What You'll Do
- Shape the DevOps and Platform Engineering vision across CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and safe deployment practices.
- Champion SRE culture through SLOs, error budgets, and a reliability-first mindset.
- Architect and evolve Azure infrastructure for scale, resilience, and performance.
- Build observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
- Partner with Security and Engineering to keep the platform safe and compliant.
- Own disaster recovery strategy and Azure FinOps initiatives.
- Inspire, grow, and support a team of engineers.
