Role Overview
- Beresford Wilson & Partners are representing a leading real estate development organisation renowned for delivering world class, masterplanned communities.
- The Giga Developer requires a Director of Development (Masterplan) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large scale developments.
- This senior leadership position will manage the full development lifecycle from land acquisition to vertical construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end development of large scale, masterplanned communities, encompassing residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed use assets.
- Manage the project lifecycle from land acquisition and early stage concept planning through infrastructure, plot rollout, and vertical construction phases.
- Oversee financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and return on investment analysis to ensure profitability and alignment with performance KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, planning laws, permitting procedures, and safety codes throughout all phases of development.
- Lead coordination across internal teams, consultants, and contractors while providing regular progress reports and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
