We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

This position will lead our legal function in the Middle East and Africa and is based in Dubai.

The position involves working closely with the business to support key strategic initiatives across MEA in particular advising on the launch of new products, relevant law and regulation that impacts the PayPal business and its products and supporting disputes and litigation, data privacy and commercial negotiations.

In addition, the role will provide governance support to relevant legal entities across the region.
