Responsibilities
- Manage US international tax compliance including Forms 5471, 8858, and related filings
- Oversee calculations for GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, and associated credits and 163(j) limitations
- Coordinate Pillar II compliance and country by country reporting
- Assist with quarterly and annual ASC 740 international tax provision and forecast effective tax rates and cash taxes
- Identify, model, and execute strategic international tax planning opportunities
- Develop and implement a tax efficient cash repatriation strategy
- Partner with finance, legal, supply chain, and business groups to ensure tax considerations are embedded in operational decisions
- Collaborate with transfer pricing advisors on intercompany transaction strategies and ensure global TP compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in accounting, finance or tax from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of relevant experience within US international tax matters in a National CPA firm or a Fortune 500 Company with a large international footprint
- Strong quantitative skills and technical knowledge of US international taxation (e.g., subpart F, GILTI, FTC, FDII, BEAT)
- Experience in US and international tax compliance and income tax accounting, including exposure to ASC 740
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Enthusiastic team player

What We’re Looking For

Salary Range
- $210,000 $240,000 USD
Workplace
- This role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week.
- Employees can work remotely for up to four weeks per year.
