Responsibilities
- Input operational requirements for infrastructure assets into stage gates to ensure readiness, service needs, and handover considerations.
- Oversee portfolio level service quality across infrastructure assets to ensure service assurance and reliable operations.
- Support infrastructure asset lifecycle planning including maintenance priorities, renewal requirements, and handover planning.
- Lead commercial activation of infrastructure assets including leasing, commercial arrangements, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Develop infrastructure asset portfolio performance insights and optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with City Assets O&M, operators, FM providers, Finance & Controls, and relevant stakeholders.
