About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a team and collaborate with individuals across assigned countries, including people management, budget oversight, and strategic planning
- Develop and execute functional strategies for the cluster as it relates to Core Trade
- Set cluster strategy as part of overall global strategy, driving revenues and growth for Core Trade portfolio
- Accountable for cluster oversight of pipeline management and growth through collaboration with sales teams
- Ensure quality of trade product delivery in coordination with Operations and maintain high client satisfaction
- Promote new and innovative products and corridors to increase market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with risk, compliance, and other groups
- Attract, motivate, develop, and retain executive talent within the teams
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in product management or related field
- 8 10+ years of managerial experience, including leading multiple teams
- Proven experience managing across multi function or global business units
- Demonstrated experience managing within a large, complex, matrixed organizational structure
- Superior analytical and credit skills with extensive knowledge of credit processes
- Excellent product knowledge, particularly in trade products including structured trade
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Job Overview
- The Core Trade Network organisation covers Letters of Guarantee, Import/Export Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections.
- The successful candidate will lead and manage the Middle East & Africa Network team.
- This role reports into the Global Core Trade & Productivity Network Head.
