Impact you will make

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic finance leader responsible for the company's planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and performance analytics.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role partners with executive and functional leaders to translate business strategy into financial plans, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support growth, profitability, cash flow, and disciplined resource allocation.

The Director will lead and develop the FP&A team while advancing scalable, data-driven planning and reporting practices across the organization.

• Lead the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes, including revenue, operating expense, headcount, capital, and cash flow assumptions.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and corporate functions to evaluate performance, shape priorities, and support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models, scenario analyses, and investment cases for strategic initiatives, product investments, pricing, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.
• Deliver clear monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance analysis, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor financial and operational KPIs, executive scorecards, and dashboards that improve visibility, accountability, forecast accuracy, and decision quality.
