Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for City Operations in coordination with QIC Finance.
- Develop service charge and cost recovery mechanisms, including inputs, calculations, reporting, and cross functional coordination.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs, management information reporting, and performance insights to support leadership decision making.
- Manage budget control and cost tracking across City Operations functions, highlighting risks, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Lead the invoicing process in collaboration with City Operations teams and QIC central functions.
- Maintain asset registers and general ledger integrity, including reconciliations, accruals, and period close support with QIC Finance.
- Coordinate with Finance & Controls, City Operations functions, QIC Finance, and relevant stakeholders to align and implement financial processes.

- As Director Finance and Control, you will play a key role in strengthening the financial foundations of City Operations.
