About the Role

- Lead the strategic and operational management of all hard services across Qiddiya’s diverse portfolio of assets
- Oversee the maintenance, engineering, reliability, and compliance of critical building systems
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Manage the hard services teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Optimize asset lifecycle management
- Contribute to the successful handover and operation of new developments within Qiddiya
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including soft services, asset management, and project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in facilities hard services management, preferably within large scale mixed use, entertainment, or leisure developments
- Proven track record in managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems maintenance and operations
- Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies
- Experience managing third party service providers and contractors
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facilities management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred

Role Overview
- The Director of Facilities Management Hard Services at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead the strategic and operational management of all hard services across Qiddiya’s diverse portfolio of assets.
