10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise project delivery, portfolio governance, program management, or technology-enabled business transformation in large-scale, complex environments, preferably within construction, materials, manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry
5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading project managers, delivery teams, consultants, vendors, or cross-functional project resources in a matrixed environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA, master’s degree, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, or equivalent certification considered an asset

Proven experience leading strategic technology initiatives, governance practices, and change management activities that support adoption and operational performance

Location and other key details:
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Calgary Corporate Office
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours as required
Travel to various job sites will be required
