Reporting to the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), the Director, Enterprise Data & Integration is responsible for establishing and maturing the organization's enterprise data capability.
This includes developing the enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance framework, integration standards, and technology roadmap required to support operational excellence, analytics, reporting, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
The Director will help build and lead a small Data Engineering team and work across business and technology functions to transform fragmented, project-based data initiatives into a scalable, governed, and sustainable enterprise capability.
This role is accountable for ensuring enterprise data is managed, integrated, and leveraged as a strategic asset across the organization.

It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and that all of its workforce be security assessed.

The hiring range for this position is $150,000-$200,000.
This role is eligible for a management incentive plan.
