The Director, Data Governance Enablement is an enterprise subject matter expert in enterprise data governance, bringing deep expertise to drive best practices in governance frameworks, resolving complex ownership and compliance challenges, and guiding strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for operationalizing enterprise data governance frameworks. This role embeds ownership, stewardship, and accountability into daily operations and priority initiatives, ensuring governance supports trust, compliance, and scalable data usage.
10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-wide governance frameworks in complex organizations.
Strong understanding of data risk, regulatory, and compliance considerations.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
Hands-on experience implementing and improving governance processes and capabilities.
Exceptional understanding of change management best practices and the ability to implement meaningful change management practices across large organizations.
