Operationalize data governance policies and standards to ensure alignment with global and regional regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, residency, and confidentiality), working closely with Legal, Risk, and IT partners
Lead a team delivering master data maintenance for multiple data domains at Nutrien
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to support audits, client due diligence, and regulatory inquiries related to data and analytics
Lead data governance initiatives and change adoption efforts, influencing stakeholders and enabling consistent governance practices across domains and functions
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of experience in data governance, data management, master data, or related enterprise data roles

5+ years of experience in a managerial role with demonstrated executive-level influence and stakeholder management, including leading governance councils and driving adoption across a matrixed organization
