- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including development of annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models
- Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives
- Create and enhance comprehensive reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics across the organization
- Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment of financial goals with strategic objectives
- Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare detailed financial presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Stay informed on financial regulations, economic trends, and industry developments impacting financial planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's or CPA/CFA preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in large scale projects or real estate development
- Proven experience leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in finance related software and advanced Excel skills

- Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in finance related software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
