- Formulate and execute the strategic commercial framework for all residential initiatives, aligning with Qiddiya's broader corporate vision
- Lead and inspire a high performance team of commercial professionals tasked with managing procurement, contracts, and financial aspects of residential projects
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure optimal outcomes
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and operational standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including project management, construction, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, local authorities, and community groups
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced qualifications preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of commercial management experience in the residential property sector
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in contract negotiation and management
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully navigating cross functional operations
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
