Overview

• Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Director - Commercial to lead the commercial strategy and operations for our transport hub projects.
• This role is crucial in ensuring the successful commercial execution and growth of transport infrastructure within the Qiddiya development, which is a flagship project aimed at revolutionizing entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences in Saudi Arabia.
• As the Director - Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial plans specific to transport hubs, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue opportunities.
• You will collaborate closely with project teams, government entities, and private sector partners to optimize commercial performance and ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s broader strategic goals.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in transport infrastructure commercial management, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Responsibilities* Develop and execute commercial strategies and business plans for transport hub projects within Qiddiya.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners, vendors, and service providers related to transport hubs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Oversee revenue generation strategies including leasing, concessions, and service agreements.
• Monitor market trends and assess risks to guide commercial decision-making for transport hubs.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and performance metrics for commercial activities in transport hubs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial management, preferably focused on transport, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial strategy development.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record of driving successful commercial outcomes in transport or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Transport Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
