Role Overview

Lead Playmaker Film Studio's commercial growth strategy and drive revenue through partnerships, leasing, sponsorships, marketing, and business development.

Maximize studio utilization, enhance brand visibility, and build long-term partnerships across the film, media, and entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the studio's commercial and partnership strategy.
  • Identify and secure new revenue opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee leasing activities, tenant acquisition, retention, and occupancy performance.
  • Drive marketing, communications, and brand positioning initiatives.
  • Oversee digital and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and awareness.
  • Monitor commercial performance, budgets, KPIs, and revenue targets.
  • Represent Playmaker Film Studio with industry partners, investors, production companies, and government stakeholders.
