Overview
Lead, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the assigned Nursing departments by assuming 24-hour accountability; oversee clinical nursing performance and priority setting underpinned by the development of policy, procedures and guidelines.
Essential
- Registered Nurse with a current professional nursing license
- Bachelor Degree (Western standard)
- Masters Degree in Nursing/ Management from accredited institution (Western Standard)
- Minimum ten (10) years clinical nursing experience which includes five (5) years of which in comparable managerial capacity
- We are seeking individuals with strong> em>strong leadership capabilities and substantial experience in mental health settings/em> /strong>.
