Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate development, finance, asset management, economics, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience leading asset management across large scale city or infrastructure portfolios
- Commercial awareness across leasing, partnerships, service charge, cost recovery, and value optimization
- Hands on experience with asset lifecycle planning, service quality management, handover readiness, and portfolio performance management
- Ability to translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs
- Experience coordinating across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions

Role Overview
- As Director City Asset Management, you will help shape how social assets are prepared, managed, and optimized across City Operations.
- This role is focused on protecting long term asset value while supporting high service standards, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance across a broad portfolio.
