Director, Business Insights & Analytics – Therapeutic Dermatology

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree strongly preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, insights, or data science within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, including experience influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership of high‐impact analytics teams, with a track record of building capabilities and leading complex, cross‐functional initiatives at scale.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and CRM/data platforms, coupled with sound understanding of commercial data structures.
• Exceptional problem‐solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non‐technical executive audiences.
• Proven ability to drive change, establish analytics best practices, and embed data‐driven decision making across a commercial organization

• Compensation
• The target base salary range for this role is $196,800-$246,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.
