• The Director, APAC HR Shared Services leads the delivery and transformation of HR shared services across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality employee experience through operational excellence, service delivery, process improvement, and team leadership across multiple Global Service Centers.
• As a key member of the global HR Shared Services organization, the Director will drive service consistency, operational efficiency, and the adoption of technology and AI-enabled solutions to create a scalable, modern HR service model. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and country HR teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and employee-focused services across the region.
