The Director of AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation reports to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer.
The role focuses on deploying commercial AI platforms rather than developing AI technologies internally.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification, evaluation, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise AI solutions across the Group.
- Oversee deployment of Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise, SAP Joule, Salesforce Einstein, Oracle AI, UiPath, and other intelligent automation solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities with subsidiary leadership teams and redesign business processes.
- Coordinate implementation with technology partners and ensure adoption across multiple business sectors.
- Establish implementation standards, vendor governance, solution architecture principles, and performance metrics.
- Maximise return on AI investments through effective performance and adoption management.
Candidate profile
- Extensive experience leading enterprise technology implementation, intelligent automation, digital transformation, or business technology programmes.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, process automation, vendor management, cloud technologies, and enterprise application integration.
- Experience across multiple industries and with complex technology transformation programmes in large organisations is highly desirable.
