Role Overview
Lead engineering for reliable, production-grade AI-enabled data products within Pfizer's International Commercial organization.
Own a portfolio of foundational data products from user requirements through production deployment.
Serve as the technical anchor for product-focused engineering delivery and build a high-performing data engineering team in India.
AI Data Engineering Vision
- Own end-to-end delivery from user-story refinement and technical design through development, testing, and production release.
- Align product vision with Product Owners and commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable user value.
- Enable parameterized, automated, and reusable data and model pipelines.
- Evaluate emerging AI data engineering technologies for the product roadmap.
Application and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with global commercial teams, brand leads, and regional stakeholders to understand workflows and unmet needs.
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications aligned with engineering execution.
- Drive iterative development through rapid prototyping, user feedback, and continuous improvement.
