Job Description
- The Associate Director, Learning & Development is a critical catalyst for change, driving enterprise wide upskilling and disease learning initiatives.
- This role reports to the Director Learning and Development (Europe/Canada) and guides a local team of L&D professionals.
- We seek a collaborative person with strong strategic thinking, visionary perspectives, and executional drive, passionate about cultural transformation and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to accelerate development of critical capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Influence and guide business leaders in prioritizing learning investments, resource allocation, and anticipated business impact.
- Champion the unique needs of the Canadian market, influencing global learning and development priorities, solutions, and ways of working.

Salary Range
- The anticipated base salary range is $124,400 – $174,400 CAD.
- This role includes eligibility to a discretionary short term incentive plan.
