The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float provides direct care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) within residential group homes in Eugene/Springfield.
This is a full time, permanent position.
Schedule for shifts will change based on needs of programs, however schedules are given two weeks in advance (no oncall responsibilities).
This position requires a dependable candidate who is flexible in their schedule, works well independently, and has exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
Float DSPs are adaptable and will have the necessary skill set to be able to work at multiple homes.
