Qualifications

• A related bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• 2-5 years of UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in complex sectors.
• Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations.
• Experience supporting or leading business process design, enhancements.
• Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution.
• Experience participating and/or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment.
• An understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle.
• Flexibility and ability to travel - on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%.

Compensation

• Salary range: CAD 88,000 to CAD 132,000 for Toronto/Vancouver, CAD 83,500 to CAD 125,500 for London/Ottawa/Waterloo, CAD 79,000 to CAD 119,000 for Victoria.

Schedule

• Estimated travel at 30%.

Workplace

• Hybrid role with three in-office days per week based in Vancouver, BC.
