Leverage available Core team capacity to deliver approved modernizations

Recommend engaging Birlasoft’ s flex team for additional skills and capacity on need basis Subject to approval of modernization business cases.

Track modernization initiatives and provide quarterly reports.

Design, Implement DevSecOps pipelines, instrument observability frameworks

Own modern components
