Responsibilities
- Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives across engineering and business operations
- Develop and implement Digital Twin strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create digital roadmaps that support business objectives and technology adoption
- Coordinate with engineering, BIM, IT, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution
- Drive lifecycle digitization from design through construction, operations, and asset management
- Integrate data across multiple digital platforms to establish a connected digital ecosystem
- Evaluate and implement Digital Twin technologies and emerging digital solutions
- Ensure interoperability between BIM, GIS, IoT, and enterprise systems
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and digital transformation performance metrics
- Support organizational change management and promote digital adoption across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Technologies, or related field
- 5 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Smart Infrastructure, Digital Engineering, or related domains
- Hands on experience implementing Digital Twin solutions
- Experience in AEC, Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Utilities, or Asset Management projects
- Understanding of BIM workflows and lifecycle information management
- Experience working with enterprise digital platforms and cloud technologies

- We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Digital Twin technologies and smart infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives across engineering and business operations.
- Develop and implement Digital Twin strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create digital roadmaps that support business objectives and technology adoption.
- Coordinate with engineering, BIM, IT, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive lifecycle digitization from design through construction, operations, and asset management.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Digital Twin Platforms: Bentley iTwin, Autodesk Tandem, Microsoft Azure Digital Twins, ESRI ArcGIS
- Technical Skills: Digital Twin implementation, BIM and GIS integration, Data integration, Lifecycle digitization, Smart infrastructure, Digital strategy, Cloud platforms, Data visualization, IoT integration (preferred)
- Soft Skills: Analytical and problem solving, Communication and stakeholder management, Leadership and cross functional collaboration, Change management, Strategic planning, Project coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Smart Infrastructure, Digital Engineering, or related domains.
- Experience in AEC, Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Utilities, or Asset Management projects.
- Hands on experience implementing Digital Twin solutions.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and lifecycle information management.
- Experience working with enterprise digital platforms and cloud technologies.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Transformation, BIM, Cloud Platforms, or Digital Twin technologies are an added advantage.
