About the Role
Pinnacle Infotech is seeking an experienced BIM Civil/Architectural Draftsman to prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for civil and architectural projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed Civil and Architectural 2D drawings and 3D BIM models based on design requirements, mark ups, and project specifications
- Produce schematic, design development, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit
- Convert conceptual designs and sketches into accurate construction drawings and BIM models
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated drawing records throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and maintain BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with project BIM standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design and constructability issues
- Ensure drawings and models comply with applicable building codes, international standards, and company quality procedures
- Support quantity take offs and basic BOQ preparation from drawings and BIM models
- Assist in preparing project documentation and maintaining drawing registers and model updates
- Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to design optimization and clash resolution processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil and Architectural drafting and BIM modelling
- Experience in large infrastructure projects, commercial developments, airports, transportation facilities, or mixed use projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing standards, and engineering documentation
- Proficiency in interpreting design concepts and producing accurate technical drawings and BIM deliverables
- Familiarity with international building codes, standards, and construction methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables within project timelines
- Mandatory: AutoCAD (Minimum 5 years of hands on experience)
- Mandatory: Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Civil)

Position Summary
