Role Description
Lead initiatives that improve business efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support sustainable growth through digital solutions.
Assess current processes, identify digitalization opportunities, and connect technology opportunities with practical business outcomes.
Work across business and technology teams to coordinate transformation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop transformation roadmaps and coordinate implementation of technology-enabled initiatives.
- Streamline workflows and improve organizational data utilization.
- Introduce innovative solutions and support organizational change.
- Monitor project performance and evaluate business impact.
- Keep transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, emerging technologies, and technology-driven business models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
