Role Overview
Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen engagement, and improve the overall customer journey.
Develop customer experience strategies across key touchpoints and identify service gaps.
Create initiatives that improve customer loyalty and retention while supporting measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, and service performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate customer insights into actionable solutions and customer experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, product, and support teams.
- Establish consistent service standards and help deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, journey management, service quality, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, feedback tools, analytics solutions, and experience measurement frameworks.
