• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field required
• Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 2 of those in a people leadership capacity
• Medical or software business development experience preferred
• Experience developing key customers, strategic accounts, and/or Corporate Hospitals a plus
• Proven pedigree and experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
• Demonstrated success with influencing customers and leadership
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• MBA preferred

• Comfortable working a flexible dynamic schedule
• Able to travel up to 60%, including some short-notice travel
• Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas
• Able to Lift 60 lbs
