Digital Product Manager - Lead IT Engineer

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for strategic product roadmap and planning for the ecommerce platform.

This role will be managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.

It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will create and define the features and customer experience through high quality business requirements, and user stories while managing the scope of each release using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. You will balance constraints and customer needs to ensure execution of the full product lifecycle process from concept to launch. This role will help the broader product team move forward swiftly through rigor, discipline, and transparency in decision making and removing roadblocks focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality software applications. Specifically, within the Service and Support space, the Product Manager will work closely with teams of software developers, user experience designers, and various cross-functional stakeholders to enhance usability and drive organization initiatives.

He/she will support in-depth business reviews, communicate, and present across all levels of the organization.

This role must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management, technology adoption) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, being a force multiplier and leader of their teams)

You will report directly to our Director of IT Program Management and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday – Friday.
