Key Responsibilities:Digital Reporting: Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other documentation to ensure transparency and visibility of Digital projects, and business performance and achievements.Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project delivery and efficiency.Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and control of projects, ensuring that they are delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.Project Governance: Ensure that all projects adhere to the bank's project management methodology, regulatory requirements, industry standards, internal policies and procedures.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external vendors.Projects Milestones and KPIs monitoring and reportingStrategy execution
