- Generate quality leads and increase student enrollments
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website forms, and social media platforms
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding courses, trial classes, and admissions
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and follow up
- Maintain and update lead and inquiry records
- Conduct follow ups for course renewals and continuing student registrations
- Send reminders for upcoming renewals and class registrations
- Create engaging social media content, reels, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials
- Create and publish digital marketing content across various online platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Coordinate marketing activities for workshops, concerts, events, and seasonal promotions
- Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process
Requirements
- Strong Telemarketing Experience
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools

- Solid Rock Music Institute is seeking a creative and results driven Digital Marketing (Telesales) to manage and grow our online presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
