- Create and manage WhatsApp Business content including brochures, videos, and graphics.
- Set up automated WhatsApp workflows for form submissions and real-time responses.
- Execute mass WhatsApp messaging campaigns compliant with platform policies.
- Plan and run mass email campaigns using Mailchimp or SendinBlue.
- Manage contact data from email accounts and job platforms; maintain CRM databases.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns; monitor performance and budget.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn); create and schedule engaging content.
- Design graphics and videos using Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT and DALL·E.
