Q2 General Cleaning is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS
- Generate qualified leads, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness through paid advertising
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Create campaign strategies, funnels, and customer acquisition plans
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results
- Track KPIs including CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Revenue
- Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and sales teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging marketing technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated success generating leads, sales, customer acquisition, and business growth
- Experience working with multiple brands, companies, or clients across different industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Conversion Tracking & Pixel Setup
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong problem solving and optimization mindset

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, generating qualified leads, increasing sales, improving brand awareness, and delivering measurable ROI.
- This role is ideal for someone who has worked with multiple clients, brands, or companies and understands how to build and optimize high performing marketing campaigns across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Generate qualified leads, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness through paid advertising.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create campaign strategies, funnels, and customer acquisition plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
- Track KPIs including CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Revenue.

- Experience in lead generation and e commerce campaigns.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of AED 20,000+.
