- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases
- Handle administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and correspondence
- Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Support office operations and ensure smooth day to day workflow
- Prepare reports and maintain records as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English & Arabic
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
