- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting budgets and bids to improve ROI
- Create and schedule engaging ad content and creatives for various campaigns
- Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver marketing assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital advertising platforms
- Follow established marketing guidelines, processes, and quality standards
- Escalate performance issues or campaign concerns to senior team members promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related field; freshers are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
- Basic proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to budget and performance metrics
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing in office and remote collaboration
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (preferred)
