About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage SEO for multiple company websites
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, meta titles, and descriptions
- Build high quality backlinks and business citations
- Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile rankings
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
- Plan and schedule monthly social media content
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Respond to customer enquiries received through social media
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and SEO
- Good knowledge of WordPress
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Knowledge of Local SEO, backlink building, and business citations
- Ability to create attractive social media content
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools are an advantage
- Basic video editing skills are an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently

- Waschsalon Laundry Group operates multiple service brands across the UAE, specializing in laundry, dry cleaning, curtain cleaning, curtain installation, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and custom curtains.
- We are looking for a passionate and results driven Digital Marketing & SEO Executive who can help grow our business through digital marketing and generate more enquiries and sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Manage SEO for multiple company websites; perform keyword research and competitor analysis; optimize website content, meta titles, and descriptions; build high quality backlinks and business citations; improve local SEO and Google Business Profile rankings; monitor
- Social Media Marketing: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms; create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns; plan and schedule monthly social media content; increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness; respond to customer enquiries received through
- Digital Advertising: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns; create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns; optimize campaigns to generate quality leads at the lowest possible cost.
- Website & Content Management: Update website content and service pages; upload completed project photos and videos; write SEO friendly blogs and service descriptions; improve website conversion rates.
- Reporting: Submit monthly reports including website traffic, Google keyword rankings, leads generated, advertising performance, SEO progress, and recommendations for further growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and SEO.
- Good knowledge of WordPress.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 per month.
- Performance Incentive: When the company's monthly revenue reaches AED 100,000, you will receive a AED 1,000 monthly performance incentive. For every additional AED 25,000 increase in monthly revenue, you will receive an additional AED 1,000 per month.
