Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Local SEO strategies for multiple websites
- Improve Google rankings for target keywords in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles
- Build and maintain high quality business citations on UAE and international directories
- Create high quality backlinks using ethical (white hat) SEO techniques
- Increase Google Maps visibility and local search rankings
- Monitor and improve online reviews and reputation
- Optimize website structure, title tags, meta descriptions, headings, images, and content
- Improve website speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals
- Create SEO friendly landing pages and service pages
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO
- Strong knowledge of Local SEO
- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization
- Proven experience building business citations
- Strong knowledge of On Page and Off Page SEO
- Experience with backlink building and outreach
- Good understanding of WordPress
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results

- Waschsalon Laundry Group operates multiple brands in the UAE, providing: Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Curtain Cleaning, Curtain Installation, Upholstery Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Custom Curtains.
- We are looking for a results oriented Digital Marketing & Local SEO Executive whose primary responsibility is to improve our Google rankings, increase local visibility, and generate qualified enquiries that convert into customers.
Key Responsibilities Local SEO (Primary Responsibility)
- Develop and execute Local SEO strategies for multiple websites.
- Improve Google rankings for target keywords in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles.
- Build and maintain high quality business citations on UAE and international directories.
- Create high quality backlinks using ethical (white hat) SEO techniques.
- Increase Google Maps visibility and local search rankings.
- Monitor and improve online reviews and reputation.
On Page SEO
- Optimize website structure and internal linking.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, images, and content.
- Improve website speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Create SEO friendly landing pages and service pages.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Off Page SEO
- Build quality backlinks from relevant websites.
- Conduct outreach for link building opportunities.
- Manage local directory submissions and citation consistency.
- Develop strategies to increase domain authority.
Website & Content
- Update website content regularly.
- Publish SEO optimized blogs and articles.
- Upload completed project photos and case studies.
- Ensure all websites remain technically optimized.
Performance Monitoring
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor performance.
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Submit a monthly report showing: Keyword ranking improvements, Organic traffic growth, Google Maps performance, Website enquiries, Recommendations for further improvements.
Digital Marketing (Secondary Responsibility)
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Maintain the company's Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Publish promotional posts when required.
- Support online marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Local SEO.
- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization.
- Proven experience building business citations.
- Strong knowledge of On Page and Off Page SEO.
- Experience with backlink building and outreach.
- Good understanding of WordPress.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.
- Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
Salary & Performance Incentive
- Salary: AED 3,000 per month.
- Performance Incentive: When monthly revenue reaches AED 100,000, receive an additional AED 1,000 per month. For every additional AED 25,000 increase, receive an additional AED 1,000 per month.
