- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Create monthly marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and growth channels
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower cost per conversion
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Create engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
- Increase followers, engagement rates, and customer interactions
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3–4 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Experience managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Experience in e commerce, grocery retail, food industry, or organic products is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and content writing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all digital marketing activities, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, website optimization, and performance analysis.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in organic food, grocery retail, e commerce marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Create monthly marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and growth channels.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Perform on page and off page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research related to organic food, grocery products, and healthy living.
- Improve website rankings on Google search results.
- Build quality backlinks and optimize website content.
- Drive traffic and sales through digital channels.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Manage promotions, discount campaigns, and seasonal offers.
- Improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Develop blog articles, website content, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including website traffic, conversions, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and engagement metrics.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Create email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
- Manage customer databases and audience segmentation.
- Develop WhatsApp marketing campaigns and promotional broadcasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of Digital Marketing experience (UAE experience not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Experience managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Experience in e commerce, grocery retail, food industry, or organic products is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and content writing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta (Facebook) Advertising Certification.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 1.00 per month (likely placeholder).
