PulseMediaNL is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team.

This role is essential for leading our digital marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, and executing campaigns that generate measurable growth across multiple channels.

• Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, search, and display advertising
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively

Content & Brand Management

  • Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and high-quality content
  • Manage website content updates and landing page optimization
  • Ensure all digital assets align with overall marketing objectives

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using analytics tools
  • Generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to refine strategies
  • Prepare regular reports and present findings to stakeholders

Seo & Growth Optimization

  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility
  • Optimize website performance, traffic, and user experience
  • Identify growth opportunities through keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

• Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product
  • Provide guidance and direction to marketing team members or external partners
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and marketing platforms
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals

About The Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
