Sofitel is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager.
The role leads strategic online initiatives and digital marketing activity.
Responsibilities
- Handle strategic online initiatives.
- Lead marketing campaigns from idea stage through execution and implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns.
- Negotiate advertising contracts.
- Coordinate marketing plans and strategies with department heads and teams.
- Work with finance to establish and maintain marketing budgets.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
- Knowledge of social media as a marketing tool.
- Understanding of website metrics and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, lead generation, and email marketing.
- Ability to develop marketing goals and evaluate results with colleagues at all levels.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong writing skills.
