- Develop, implement, and manage multi channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic)
- Manage SEO & SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to create effective content
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Run A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and paid campaigns
- Oversee brand presence on social media platforms and engage with followers
Requirements
- 2 7 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic)
- Proficiency in SEO & SEM strategies
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar)
- Ability to coordinate with content creators and designers

Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage multi channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital growth opportunities
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.)
- Manage SEO & SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Create targeted campaigns for specific audience segments for the given country and territories
Content & Creative Direction
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to create effective content
- Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform
- Develop content calendars for all platforms
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to track performance
- Run A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and paid campaigns
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights
Social Media & Community Management
- Oversee brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions
