Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry influencers, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and team leadership.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master s degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Creativity:
  • Strong creative thinking skills and an ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Leadership:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Adaptability:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
