Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, results driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Create engaging social media content, marketing creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Design marketing materials using Canva.
- Create and edit short form videos for digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (PPC).
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
